These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases and use of bobandshelby.com, operated under the name Bob&Shelby. Please read them before placing an order. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

We operate online from Arlington, Texas and do not have a retail store open to visitors. Contact us before sending any return so we can provide the correct instructions and free return arrangements.
2. Orders and account information
Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Review the items, quantities, address and total before placing an order. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your request; payment problems, unavailable stock or suspected fraud may prevent fulfillment. If we cannot fulfill a paid order, we will contact you and refund the unfulfilled items. Protect your account credentials and notify us of unauthorized activity.
3. Products, prices and taxes
Prices are in US dollars. The Spin Mop & Dual Bucket Set is currently $39.99 with free shipping; optional mop-head packs are priced separately. The applicable price is displayed when you order. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout based on the order and address. Review the final total before payment. Future price changes do not retroactively change an accepted order. If a material listing error affects your order, we will contact you rather than charge a different price without agreement.
The set includes two microfiber heads and does not have a foot pedal. Use the product according to the supplied instructions and your floor manufacturer’s care requirements. Product photographs are illustrative; screen settings may affect color appearance. A displayed customer rating is a summary supplied by Bob&Shelby, not a guarantee of a particular cleaning result.
4. Payment and optional offers
Available payment methods appear at checkout. Payment providers may apply their own terms to their services. Optional accessories are not required to purchase the mop set; you may decline the mop-head offer and continue to checkout. Marketing email and text subscriptions are optional and are not a condition of purchase.
5. Free shipping and delivery
Shipping is free for orders accepted through our store. Our expected delivery timeframe is 2–5 days after purchase. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed appointment; carrier disruptions and address issues may affect arrival. If you have not received your order within that timeframe, email us with your order number. If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will explain the delay and offer the consent or cancellation/refund options required by applicable law. Your rights concerning missing or undelivered goods are not waived.
6. Cancellations within 12 hours
You may cancel within 12 hours of purchase by emailing customerservice@bobandshelby.com with your order number and a clear cancellation request. The time you send your request determines whether it is within the window. Eligible cancellations receive a refund of the amount paid. If the parcel is already in transit, contact us for free return or interception instructions. After 12 hours, contact us promptly; our return policy and any additional legal cancellation rights still apply.
7. Three-day return request window and free returns
Request a return by email within 3 days after delivery. Items must be unused, or must have arrived damaged. Include your order number, the items you wish to return and the reason. For damage, describe the problem and include photographs if available. Opening the package to inspect the item does not by itself mean you used it. Do not continue using an item that appears damaged or unsafe.
Returns accepted under this policy are free, including return shipping. We will provide a prepaid return method or other no-cost instructions. Do not pay for return postage or send a parcel to an unconfirmed address before contacting us. Please include the supplied components and pack the item securely. Keep your return tracking receipt.
After receiving and checking the return, we will confirm the outcome by email. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and include the price paid for the returned items and applicable refunded tax. Your payment provider controls the time it takes for a credit to appear. We will explain any refusal and you may contact us to request review. This voluntary three-day policy does not remove any mandatory rights for defective, misdescribed or undelivered goods.
8. Warranty and product care
Bob&Shelby does not offer an additional voluntary store warranty. This is not a disclaimer of any implied warranty or consumer remedy that applicable law provides. Damage caused after delivery by misuse or ordinary wear is not the same as an item received damaged; contact us if you are unsure. Follow assembly, washing, drying and floor-care instructions.
9. Website use and intellectual property
You may browse and use this website for lawful shopping and support. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with checkout, introduce malicious code or misuse other customers’ information. Website text, branding and imagery are owned by Bob&Shelby or used with permission; browsing does not grant a license to republish them commercially. Third-party payment and service links may be governed by their own terms.
10. Problems, applicable law and changes
For order problems or disputes, first email us with the order details and the resolution you seek. Texas law and applicable federal law govern these terms, without excluding protections that the law of your location makes mandatory. These terms do not require arbitration, waive court access or waive rights that cannot legally be waived. If one provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply as permitted by law.
We may update these terms for future transactions. The version provided when you place an order governs that order unless a change is required by law or you agree otherwise. Save a copy of the terms and your order confirmation.
